For close to 100 years the Anderson Ballard family has been buying, selling and managing multi-family property in the Southern California area. We strive to help all of our clients maximize their investment properties through expert analysis and extensive experience.
Brent Ballard
Broker/Owner
Mr. Ballard has been selling, acquiring and managing millions of dollars of real estate in the Los Angeles Area for over 19 years. He has experience in residential single family homes and multifamily properties and has closed over 330 transactions in his career, including over $50M in 2020 alone. With his own personal portfolio of income generating real estate, Mr. Ballard brings an “owners perspective” to every deal he undertakes. Mr. Ballard earned his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University, while also working in the public relations and marketing division of the athletic program. Upon graduating in 1999 with a degree in English and a minor in Business Management, he earned his real estate broker’s license and began work in the real estate and property management field. Brent also has a master’s degree in Business Education. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, coaching the Rosemont Middle School basketball team, and playing golf.
Kelly Miller
Real Estate Associate
Kelly Miller is a Southern California native raised right here in La Canada Flintridge. Kelly is extremely knowledgeable of the surrounding communities especially La Canada Flintridge, Pasadena, La Crescenta, Glendale, South Pasadena and San Marino. Architecture and Marketing are true passions of Kelly's, which led her to a career in the Real Estate Industry. With a Degree in Merchandise Marketing from The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising Los Angeles (FIDM), she is fueled by creativity to develop new and exciting individualized marketing strategies and advertising campaigns for the homes she represents. Kelly's lifelong area residency is ideal for introducing you to neighbors as well as the communities and lifestyles of the superb Crescenta/Canada Valley.
Dennis Ballard

IN JANUARY OF 1972, DENNIS SUPERVISED CONSTRUCTION OF RESIDENTIAL SINGLE-FAMILY HOMES FOR B.F. ANDERSON & ASSOCIATES IN LA CRESCENTA, CALIFORNIA. IN 1975, HE WAS PART OF A GROUP THAT DEVELOPED SEVERAL REAL ESTATE OFFICES IN CALIFORNIA. HE OWNED FOUR OF THEM AND MANAGED 10 FOR THE OWNERS. IN 1978, HE ORGANIZED A CONSTRUCTION COMPANY AFTER ACQUIRING A GENERAL CONTRACTORS’ LICENSE. DURING THE NEXT SEVERAL YEARS HE CREATED A LIMITED PARTNERSHIP THAT BUILT AND SOLD SEVERAL HOMES IN THE GENERAL LA CRESCENTA, GLENDALE AND LA CANADA COMMUNITIES. SUBSEQUENTLY, BALLARD-WALTERS & ASSOCIATES WAS ORGANIZED AND A PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND HOME LOAN DIVISION WAS CREATED. IN 1994, BALLARD, BEGAN TEACHING AND COACHING AT THE HIGH SCHOOL LEVEL IN LA CANADA. AFTER 26 YEARS BALLARD IS REJOINING HIS SON, BRENT, WHO OWNS AND OPERATES ABC PROPERTIES. BALLARD’S SPECIALTY WITH ABC WILL BE APARTMENT BUILDING SALES AND GROUP PURCHASES.
